Samco currently produces about 5000 Tonnes/Annum and exports nearly 60% of its production to major Valve manufacturers in USA, Canada, Portugal, Italy, United Kingdom, and Australia.
Samco has the capability to produce single piece castings, weighing upto 1200kg and also Castings of various grades in Carbon steel, Low Alloy Steel and Stainless Steel Categories, meeting the stringent international standards. Also Samco has capability to supply fully machined Castings in accordance to customer’s requirements. |

Samco is one of few foundries in India to adopt TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) a concept developed by Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance.
Under the esteemed guidance of CII and TPM Club of India, Samco is practicing TPM since 2002 and is aiming to achieve the well coveted ‘TPM Excellence Award’ ………….’
Practicing JIPM-TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and aiming to achieve excellence award to improve productivity efficiency and plant effectiveness.
